Born in Montreal, Marc lived in the Maritime provinces, then Ottawa before moving to NW Arkansas in 1999. He's always been involved with the outdoors since his childhood. He began taking photos with 35mm film back in the 1990's after retiring from elite level sports (bicycle and cross-country ski racing). Other priorities caused Marc's love for photography to lay dormant until 2006: he picked up his first digital SLR camera and hasn't looked back since.

His primary goal is to capture those moments in time that may otherwise be missed or forgotten, and showcase this beauty for others to see. More often than not, his camera bag is with him, ready for the opportunity to capture that special moment in time.

Marc is a board member of the PSNWA (Photographic Society of Northwest Arkansas), and a member of NANPA (North Amercia Nature Photographers Association). He recently joined the NANPA Resource Relations Committee.
